I love Christmas and it wouldn't be Christmas without a Christmas Song. My students have been continually been asking over the past week to post a quick lesson on this song. So today on day 7 here is Now Behold the Lamb.
Kirk Franklin's second album, Kirk Franklin & the Family Christmas, sold over 500,000 copies after it was released. The Jamaican style music and a real Christmas greeting from Kirk made a great different in the type of music. Then Kirk and the backup singers begin singing an shortened version of "Silent Night" before going to sing about God's amazing love in "Now Behold the Lamb."
